Telenor MB check code: *999#, minutes & SMS
Check remaining data with *999#, read validity and restricted MB, and compare app usage with your network allowance.
Quick answer: check your remaining MB
Telenor Pakistan’s self-service resource book lists *999# for remaining data resources. Send the code from your Telenor line and read the operator’s reply. This checks an allowance; it does not give you free MB or activate an internet package.
The same resource lists *222# for remaining voice resources, *111# for remaining SMS, and *123# for bundle information. Use the code that matches the information you need instead of repeatedly checking the wrong resource.
- Open the phone keypad and enter *999#.
- Select the Telenor SIM before pressing call/send.
- Read the data amount and any bundle details returned by the network.
- Open the active offer in My Telenor to confirm expiry and usage restrictions.
- If you need minutes or SMS, check those separately.

Android and iPhone: choose the Telenor line
On a dual-SIM Android phone, the call button may offer two SIM choices, or the dialer may use a default line. Choose the Telenor SIM before sending the inquiry. A code sent on another network is not a Telenor account check. Your dialer’s buttons may look different from our illustration.
On iPhone, open Phone and Keypad. If more than one line is configured, check the selected line and switch to Telenor before making the request. The labels depend on how you named your SIM or eSIM. This site never places the call for you; the illustrations show the code before it is sent.
Does a balance or MB inquiry cost money?
Telenor’s undated self-service resource book lists an inquiry charge for these codes. That confirms they should not be described as free. It does not establish the amount you will pay today: the document has no visible revision date, and taxes or service terms may change.
Check the current charge through official support before making repeated inquiries. We do not publish an old document’s price as a current tariff. The official My Telenor listing describes balance and bill checking as free; internet access to the app can still use data.
Read data type and expiry together
A data amount is useful only when you know where and when it can be used. General internet MB, social-app MB, and time-limited MB may belong to different allowances. Do not add them together and assume the total works for every website.
For example, if an offer shows 300 general MB and 1,000 MB restricted to a named app, a 500 MB download from another website cannot be judged against the combined total. This is a worked example, not a description of a current Telenor package.
Check the exact expiry shown for your offer. A bundle may have unused resources and still expire. Note whether a displayed date includes a time, and read the offer terms if the app’s summary leaves that unclear.
Why phone data usage may show a different number
Android and iPhone can measure mobile data used by the device. That counter is not the network’s remaining bundle balance. Its reset period, selected line, and included apps may differ from your package’s validity and resource categories.
Use the operator’s remaining allowance to plan bundle usage, and the phone’s usage view to identify which apps consumed data. A difference alone does not prove an incorrect charge. Compare the same line, time window, and data category before making a complaint.
After claiming a quiz reward, look for the reward or allowance actually shown by the app. This website cannot add data to a SIM. If the result says a reward is available, follow the app’s claim instructions and check its expiry rather than assuming it has the same terms as a purchased bundle.
If the USSD code fails or shows an error
First recheck the stars, digits, and final hash symbol. Then confirm the intended SIM is enabled and connected to the mobile network. USSD travels through your mobile service; connecting to Wi-Fi alone does not make a disabled SIM work.
Close the error message and retry once after the signal has returned. Avoid repeatedly dialing a chargeable inquiry. If the message says the service is unavailable, your phone cannot fix the network service by changing unrelated settings.
Use the official app as the alternative and contact Telenor support if both methods fail. Keep the error wording, time, selected line, and app version for support. Do not publish your complete number, account balance, OTP, or other private account details in a correction report.
Before a large download or video
Check the remaining general data and expiry first. A download size and the amount of data actually transferred may differ because of updates, retries, or background activity. Leave room for those uses instead of spending the last MB on a large file.
If the bundle is exhausted, read the operator’s current out-of-bundle terms before continuing. Check our balance guide when you also need to understand the remaining cash amount.
Frequently asked questions
Why does *999# show MB but an app still will not load?
An allowance may have a time limit, a specific app restriction, or a separate expiry. Match the allowance label to what you are trying to use. Also check the selected data SIM and connection before concluding that the bundle is unusable.
Is the phone’s data counter my remaining bundle?
No. A phone counter measures usage over the period configured on the phone. The operator’s allowance view reports the account resources. Compare the same time period and SIM; resetting a phone counter does not renew a network bundle.
How do I check minutes and SMS?
The operator resource lists *222# for voice resources and *111# for SMS resources. Use the code for the allowance you need, check the intended SIM, and read any current inquiry fee before proceeding. The app can also show remaining resources.
Can I transfer unused quiz MB from this website?
No. The site only explains answers and resource checks. Whether a reward can be shared, rolled over, or used for particular apps depends on its actual offer terms; do not treat an answer guide as a transfer service.
